Tony is the founder and CEO of Enosys. His 20+ year career in financial services business and technology consulting spans all client types and roles, and keeps the firm positioned as an impact player in the consulting field.
Tony is an industry-leading subject matter expert in performance measurement system development and deployment, with dozens of successful projects to his credit. His background in process design, data management, system design, and operational workflow has supported dozens of projects. His approach and breadth of skills is the model for Enosys’ consulting services.
Tony provides advisory services for most Enosys projects, sharing his experience in support of the team’s project deliverables.
John Gruber has over 30 years’ experience in the financial services industry, managing businesses tasked with providing investment technology to institutional investors and asset managers around the world.
Prior to joining Enosys, he was Managing Director, Head of Global Product Management for the Global Risk Solutions business at BNY Mellon. There he managed a team of product and technology experts in support of performance, analytics, risk, and compliance systems. John was co-founder and managing principal of Hamersley Partners, LLC, a marketing and research firm for specialized asset managers and hedge funds. Prior to that, he worked 10 years at State Street as senior vice president in charge of global client service and consulting for State Street Analytics.
John is former President of Intersec Research and served on the boards of Elkins McSherry and Investor Analytics.
As the Managing Director of Sales and Marketing, Charlie oversees all business development for the Enosys Group to drive company growth.
Charlie has over 20 years’ experience in financial services and financial technology. Throughout his career he’s specialized in the evaluation and deployment of Performance Reporting, Portfolio Accounting, Business Process Outsourcing, Wealth Management, Data Aggregation (EDM), Reconciliation, Risk and Compliance solutions for his clients.
Charlie’s experience includes developing and maintaining relationships with some of the largest Broker Dealers, Plan Sponsors, RIA’s, Asset Managers and Sovereign Wealth funds around the Globe.
Charlie holds a BA in Finance and Economics from Roger Williams University.
Randy Wood has over 30 years’ experience in the financial services industry with an unmatched knowledge of the cash and cash alternatives markets.
Prior to joining Enosys, he was the Managing Director of iMoneyNet (formerly IBC Financial Data). Randy led his team in developing industry leading products and delivering the most accurate and timely data. Through iMoneyNet Randy established relationships with 24 of the largest 25 money fund complexes.
At Enosys Randy works with our clients to integrate money fund and/or cash alternatives data into existing or new platforms. From the product side Randy works with clients to develop new products and supplemental tools, provides assistance in choosing and/or managing vendors.
Jill Hall is a senior relationship and business development manager at The Enosys Group; with over 25 years’ experience Jill has perfected “the art” of gathering, analyzing, and translating client requirements into actionable deliverables.
Jill’s industry tenure includes 15+ years in business development/sales and marketing for the technology staffing industry, focusing on full-time and contract placement of technology subject matter experts across multiple industry verticals, including Financial Services, Insurance and Technology.
Jill received her BA from Gettysburg College, and completed her Master’s coursework at Villanova University.
Paul Savarese is a senior Business Executive with extensive leadership and general management experience in the Financial Services IT industry. He has demonstrated exceptional operational leadership with in-depth software development expertise.
His highly effective client relationship skills and collaborative style effectively creates strong organizations, builds teams and manages projects to add value. He also has strong organizational change and project management experience in both domestic and global/offshore environments.
Paul has spent the majority of his career with SunGard and the Global Plus Trust Accounting product. During his time at SunGard, Paul at one time or another had management responsibilities for all aspects of delivery and supporting Global Plus including: Implementations, Client Service, Development, Quality Assurance, and Data Center Services.
